This policy explains what information PAR Softwares ("we", "us") collects through parsoftwares.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if given) and your message.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and protected from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not set cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

How we use your information

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about that work. Contact form messages are delivered to our mailbox by email; a short-lived counter based on a scrambled form of your IP address is kept to limit spam.

Who processes it

Our website hosting, email and form-handling providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted when no longer needed. Project correspondence is kept for as long as required for the work and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@parsoftwares.com.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
